kidDEAD aka Ross Norton possessed an unmatchable passion and hustle. There are some people that you meet in life who figure out how to do exactly what they want to do. In Ross's final years they had changed their career focus to film. Ross never stopped making hip hop during this period. Ross had linked up with Nathan Zensen, an insanely talented hip hop producer in Nashville to start a new chapter for their music. "The Man who Lived Forever" is an album that features 9 of Ross's final recordings. When Ross left this world, their friends and family teamed up to see that this album was finished and released.

Sometimes you come across an artist that is compelled to do what they do. I appreciate the musicality and the arrangement and the artistry of the songs. He sings and plays like his life depends on it. I appreciate the humanity of the lyrics… Like reading Tortilla Flats, or watching Nobody’s Fool. Ceschi is a bright star. I’m glad he’s loose in the world.
